Rasberry-Peach Jam

I was planning on canning peaches but they turned into Jam. My friend Amie and I decided to get some peaches to can. As we started the process the peels of the peaches were not sluffing off. We decided to wait a couple of days to let them ripen up. Wouldn't you know it, I waited to long and they were mushy! So I made jam. It turned out really delicious! Thanks Amie for all of you help!
