Little Kinksy

We had a horrible scare with Kinksy...we were just hanging around the house on a lazy Saturday evening when I noticed Kinks laying strangely on the floor. She was definitely not herself and after noticing her lack of life we rushed her to the vet. We really had no idea what was wrong other than there were about 10 dead bees by the sliding glass door. After the vet ran some tests she determined that she had gone into anaphalactic shock(not sure if I spelled it right)...caused by an allergic reaction to the bees.
Earlier in the day a pest control person stopped by our house trying to sell us there services and said that they were "flushing out some neighbors houses". She loves to try to eat flies and we figure that she was outside when some bees were being "flushed out" and were on there way to dying when she thought she would eat them...instead they ate her.
The Vet did not have a very good prognoses, she gave her some antibiotics and an IV and we took her home. We had many prayers, lots of tears and a very long night, not sure she would make it though but by morning she was still with us. Stef took the kids to church (reluctantly, they did not want to leave Kinks) but when they got home Kinks perked up and I knew she would make it! A couple days later she was totally recovered.

Her little bandages made my heart ache...but she is so cute!
We had to keep her body temperature up so we would wrap her in this blanket. She loved it and she got really spoiled!
